M16 - GB260118-7
This is a very rare piece of Colt history and one of the very few transferable factory M16A2 Commandos in existence. These are very tough to find. Most A2 were marked "burst" in the selective fire mode. This is one the rarer weapons marked "auto". This weapon is correct with E2 sights, A2 grip, A2 flash hider, brass deflector, round forward assist, ribbed hand guards, and collapsible Colt factory stock properly staked in place. The 11.5" barrel is correctly marked, C MP CB. Note there is a small mark on the right hand side of the receiver where it sat against something right after it was parkarized. I had John Norrell air brush it, but it still shows. Typical of Colt manufactured M16's in the late 1980's. It is not much, but I wanted to point it out. Outside of that, it is “minty” condition. Shown with a 20 round magazine, but supplied with a Colt factory 30 round magazine. This weapon is on a form 4 in Texas.
