A private individual registered the tube of this weapon before the May 1986 ban. It was probably built up from a spare parts as most of the serial numbers do not match. The only part that I can see that is not totally correct is the front sight. I have a correct front sight and it will be shipped with the weapon. Refinished and test fired by John Andrewski it functions flawlessly. A nice example of a very rare transferable German WWII MP38.
